SHAKE IT OUT

Last night was the music night, which is a night where all music students come together to show off their work for the year, both of Ms. O'R's ty music classes came together to sing florence and the machines iconic song.. shake it out. We spent weeks preparing and when we got up on stage it all went really well, nobody forgot their words or sang out of key. Well done to everyone who took part because the night ran really smoothly. heres a video of or song.. So last wednesday, class eriú had a drumming workshop. We were taught lots of different beats and lots of different styles of drumming... my favourite was the bass drum which was a big huge drum used for keeping the right timing. We also watched a dvd about drumming in africa which was very interesting.
I really enjoyed the workshop and it was brilliant

colour me beautiful

last week we had a colour me beautiful talk, we learned all about what colours suit our skin eyes and hair. i learned that i was a soft and the colours that suited me were soft colours like brown, green and red.
it was a very interesting talk and i learned lots

we also went to see don giovanni in the swan cinema in rathmines,it was streamed live from the met opera house in new york! it was very well put together and i enjoyed the day
